Holly Butcher died aged just 27.

Before she passed away, she wrote a letter to all of us and it is one I find myself returning to often. We all know that we should appreciate things more than we sometimes do! Nature, the moment, the gift that is this fleeting, unfathomably incredible life we have all been blessed with. Yet despite knowing better, we still digress into a maze of nonsense and fret and stress over things we know deep down are kind of irrelevant. We know better, we do it anyway.
